There is two type methods adopted by RSETI Umaria. One is of Integrated Action Plan and other is by arranging EDP/EAP camps at various blocks.
Selection of Candidates by I.A.P. Scheme – RSETI Umaria arranges the survey at 17 sensitive remote villages and made a list of 500+ trainees as per their choice of trade. Survey report has been submitted to Collector and LAC for approval.
Selection of Candidates by RSETI Scheme – We have arranged 10-12 EDP/EAP camps for generation of applications and registered 400 participants for training. Which is an on going process at continuous basis.
Insufficient space restricts us to conduct two batches simultaneously to entertain more number of candidates, however we are continuously contacting with the District Authority to allot a spacious premise.
IDENTIFICATION OF FACULTY
A small interview has been held at the institute with the help of LAC to find out the appropriate local and outsider faculties for different classes (Soft Skills & Hard Skills). LAC is acting as approval body for selection of guest faculties.

STAY ARRANGEMENTS
The rented premises approved by Executive Director (Dy. G.M.) and president of RSETI (C.G.M. Local Head Office Bhopal) is of 5 rooms with basic amenities and 1 spacious hall with no any other necessary equipments. In which all the trainees lives and getting the classes and workshop. But it needs some improvement to improve the facilities which are necessary for trainees. Since there is no any fixed assets provided by Bank which restricts us to give desired fruitfull results. It is recommended to provide 1 water purifier and cooler, 2 window coolers, 1 TV for entertainment, amphitheatre classroom to conduct class with modernity, more number of chairs, PC, and digital camera (it is necessary because RSETI Umaria has been selected to run training under B.R.G.F. and I.A.P. Plan sponsored by planning commission Govt. of India for naxalite affected district of M.P. and we presumes that this is the part of research work to develop the lifestyle of tribals of these 17 remote sensitive areas).
CATERING ARRANGEMENTS
RSETI Umaria have made a catering selection committee and invited quotations from local caterers to serve the quality eatables to the trainees. By this process we reached to find out a caterer to serve the institute. The committee had also approved a caterer for emergency.
MEDICAL FACILITIES
Arrange with help of Govt. Hospital Deen Dayal Upadhyay, with the help of Civil Surgeon of Govt. Hospital. RSETI invites specialist for consultation mean while the classes as guest faculty to have face to face interaction between specialists and trainees.
FOLLOW UP AFTER TRAINING
We have made a strong database of trainees with their Profile, Complete Address, and Contact Numbers and getting in touch with the trainees to provide the personal attention to them for the future career and providing some information regarding self employment and wage employment. Trainees further invited for taking classes of upcoming candidates to provide their personal experience with RSETI Umaria. All the trainees were invited in the District Rojgaar Mela held at local stadium organized by Jilla Panchayat Umaria to get maximum information for employment. In this mela there was a attractive stall for publicity of RSETI and gathering information related to unemployed youth of Umaria district.

SOME SUCCESS STORIES
RSETI Umaria’s aim is to give the short term training with long term hand holdings to the trainees. Our success is seem able because our objective became true by providing them self employment and we proved by providing 1-2 hectare ponds with the help of District Authority and our 1st batch is getting good amount of income by working as inland fishers in these ponds.
The other aim is to provide recognition in the society to the trainees. And we again proved that, because when we are contacting to the trainees as follow up and getting the news from there side about their great recognition in the villages by politicians, socialists, local panchayat administration, and other local VIPs. Then we realizes that the second motive of RSETI Umaria is also at its satisfactory level.

It has great media coverage in all publications. By this way we had done great branding of RSETI Concepts and its motive of social development.
RSETI Umaria’s had also organized an event is of a march as “Nasha Mukti Jaagrukta Yatra” to spread awareness of NASHA MUKTI to the general crowd. Because our women trainees has raised their interests towards this campaign and they are bearing this problem in their areas.
